How can I track my item(s)?

Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website.

I have changed my mind about my item, what do I do?

Unfortunately, as soon as an order is placed on the website, our warehouse team packages and ships the items. This is to avoid delays in the shipping process. You may email us and if the item hasn't shipped, we can revise your order. Once the item is shipped, it will need to be processed as a return. 

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes! Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email that will provide instructions with location, days, and times your goodies can be picked up!

How long does shipping take?

Processing time takes 1-2 business days. *Shipping varies by the shipping you chose at the time of purchase.

First Class/Ground: 2-7 days

Priority Mail: 2-3 days

Priority Express: Overnight (1 day)

All items are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Davison, MI, USA.

What if my package(s) are stolen or missing once delivered?

BluCherry Boutique is not responsible for stolen or missing items. Please be sure to ship to a secure address. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance. 

What if I am unhappy with my order?

We try our best to provide the most amazing items at an affordable price for our customers. But sometimes, we don't get it right.
