Refund policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, all items returned should be unworn, in all original packaging and the return postage be paid by the customer.
*Promotional/sales items are not eligible for returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.*
To start a return, email us at shopblucherry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items mailed back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. In the event, you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, please notify us immediately at shopblucherry@gmail.com and provide photos of the related issued so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and purchase the replacement as soon as possible when wanting a new size (sizes and styles sell out fast).
Refunds
Refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on the method of payment. Please contact us if it has been more than 14 business days.
